I called and Chuck answered right away. I asked if they could do a roofing inspection for me on a time sensitive real estate deal. They were out within an hour or two of my phone call and the report was sent to me by the end of business day. They are realistic and reasonable. Thank you so much!
I called for a roof inspection, and ended w/2 new roofs. We had 4 companies give estimates, some with razzle dazzle brochures others talked a big game, Chuck and CJ were straight forward and easy to work with and worked with our schedule. The crew was there to get the job done and were polite and respectful. Clean up was done well. CJ returned to pick upexcess materials and did a thorough inspection. We are well pleased with the service and the price. Their straight forward approach was quite refreshing.
We have used Dayton Roof for our church for 3 years and are always happy with their work. Quick response and they help us determine the best options for problems they find, at a reasonable price.
Outstanding service. Very professional works around your schedule. Did not try to overcharge. Made sure you are satisfied with the work before receiving a bill. Did not decline work because it was too small and it would not benefit them doing the job.
