Emma was so wonderful in helping my mom get her bipap delivered from when she was discharged. She was very responsive, very helpful, and very empathic. We love everything about our experience working with Dayton respiratory center.
Their office scheduled my sleep study and my follow up. Called on Monday for a Friday appointment leaving a message asking if I got my study done. I had so I didn’t think to call back. Welp, it was canceled because the slide takes 3 weeks to come back. Why wouldn’t they know that when they schedule it beyond me. Drove across town in the pouring rain, left work early. When upset with the cancellation because they scheduled it too soon I was given “I tried to call you Friday”
The staff is wonderful! The providers are wonderful. This practice sees a ton of patients and the staff does a wonderful job of taking care of us in a timely manner.
Drs are good but the staff especially Emma was very rude and acted like everyone was interrupting her never will I go there ever again maybe get better staffing
