Great service. Called at 8am and they gave a time 3-6. They showed up at 330 and had my garage repaired less than an hour later and a very reasonable price. Great company would definitely recommend!
My garage door opener is covered by my home warranty. The home warranty company sent out Dayton Reliable Garage Dr Services. I am very pleased with the service and the young man who provided the service. Isaac was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I will request this company in the future if I find myself in need of garage door repairs.
EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! Had a gear shear off the top of the garage door opener. Called in the morning and Scott promptly returned the call. He said they would be out that day!! Gave me a window of time of 1-4. They said they would call before arriving. Tim gave me a call at 12:45. He was there at 1:00!!! Nailed the job in 30 minutes and extremely reasonable. It was a great experience... Will certainly call them for any future work and would highly recommend them!!!
Very quick service they came on New Years Eve day knew what the problem was by what I said on the phone . very friendly I will use them again
