Excellent experience. An Estimate was dispatched soon after they received my message. Robby took the time to listen to my worries and was very thorough. He completed my HVAC service and dryer vent cleaning perfectly. The entire encounter was excellent. Regarding scheduling the appointment, the technician's arrival time and identity, and the follow-up email and text exchange, there is contact. Ben did an excellent job of cleaning our duct system. He cleaned up well after he was finished. He explained everything that he was doing as he worked. We will definitely use Dayton Air duct cleaning and Dryer vent cleaning of OH again the next time our ducts needs to be clean.
