Karen lied to me several times took my mower over three times to have it repaired and every time she had an excuse, the mower had 139 hours in two years. It was one month out of warranty and I had one extended warranty through tractor supply well she’s giving me the runaround the runaround the runaround I wouldn’t deal with it. I wouldn’t buy a lug nut from her.

When we purchased the mower they were really nice but we hadn't even had the mower a year and had to replace the battery. Not covered money out of our pocket .took a mower to be fixed took 4 weeks to get it back all of the parts were not put back on the mower we had to finish ourself and then the part they fixed torn up in less than a year .went to ask a question about where a part went that came off of the mower that isn't a year old and know one knows had to go home and figure it out ourself. Was told they had a Demo Mower on the phone and 20 minutes later when I arrived at the dealer I was told they actually did not have it.
