Someone needs to be trained on how to answer a phone. Unreal. Finally had to leave a message saying I needed to reschedule an appt. They rescheduled it and never told me, so then I end up being a no call no show. Office staff are always nice, but for the love of God... Pick up the damn phone!
They take you right in. They do your test and you're out the door. Very Easy Peasy.
