Quacks, After weeks of treatment and painful shots, I'm worse off than before, the providers (I don't think they're real doctors) are rude and uncaring, they treated me like I was a junkie, Yolanda shows no compassion and talked down to me like I was a child, she don't care about her patients and will put the the blame on them if the shots don't work, I went there for severe knee pain and when the shots didn't work she insisted I have 2 ultrasounds for varicose veins, which I have never had trouble with, they don't have a sp... read more
it's impressive how rude the receptionist is. i can promise you that the sick and injured people in your lobby want to be there even less than you. told to come back when they opened for x-rays. doors locked to imaging center at 10am, google said they open at 8. i have never left this center feeling helped, it is the most useless outpatient/urgent care in the city of dayton.
DOC WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A CRIMINAL!!!! They refused to help me because I have been using cannabis to control my pain, just RSO oil, with a medical card. I have 8 herniated discs, +30° Scoliosis, a detached tendon in my foot, and a cyst growing on my sciatica nerve...but having previously used cannabis oil to manage my pain, Dr Smith resuses to help me, offering me the suggestion that maybe I should try a different (cannabis) strain. Not sure who’s running the place, I think the nurse practitioner is. A lady that tried to make me feel like a drug addict because I was there with chronic pain from a back injury from a drunk driver. I am blocked from be able to leave my doctor a message on their portal. I had a receptionist called me and she left a message telling me I left the nurse practitioner several messages and that is not true. I left her one and the doctor two and now I am blocked from leaving any or contacting my doctor, not sure if the doctor seen... read more
