I went to my doctor 2 1/2 weeks ago to get some prescriptions on a few things that I normally take and they are habitual about the same thing. They don’t call them in on time so you never get them on the due date and then you have to call the doctor. Dr. Brandy and the assistant were awesome towards my 3 year olds routine check up. I tried to confirm various times the estimate for the visit and the ladies at the front seemed to not know until I had to pay it. I was told $77 for the visit plus vaccines or any blood work or extras that he would need. He Didn’t need anything extra. The total comes up to $125. Now I have the funds to pay for it but I did already have the price in mind. Not very clear communication on their part!

Arrived late, no body at desk, husband's appointment was scheduled for 7:15 am, arrived at 7:28 and was told he would have to reschedule because he was more than 10 minutes late. We have been here multiple times and have waited 15 to 25 minutes after scheduled appointments. There was nobody in waiting room and medical staff was arriving after he had already shown up...he works and can't take it off easily and was told next available was next Tuesday....he works! He was 3 minutes over their "grace period" time....he was late ... read more
