Sadly, I had to fire Renal Physicians yesterday. The staff have proven to be atrocious at the Turner Road facility. I am not familiar with the quality at other facilities. The problem began when I showed them my lab results from earlier in the week that were ordered by another provider and overlapped with the labs ordered by RP. Dr Schnell took care of my dad for years and when he passed away she sent our family a very heartfelt message/card. Without Dr Schnell my dad would not have lived as long as he did. Thank you for taking care of my dad like he was your own! The staff at this location were also very helpful with my dad's care.
I attempting many times to get appointment. First time yo see these folks. I held unto the phone for hours no answer no person. I left 3 messages. Surprise I called one last time I got a person on the line. Then hung up on me! No way would I suggest anyone attemp to see these folks. They are a total WRECK !
