The staff was courteous and friendly. Dr Thomas was on schedule and very easy to talk too which made the visit pleasant
Everyone I encountered at my visit were very polite. They all listened to me and my concerns, and explained everything to me in a way that was very understandable to me. I thank you all very much!!
get there on time. had a urology appointment at 3:30 and got there at 3:50 due to being lost because they have like 2-3 parking lots with different buildings for everything. they did not let me know that it wasn’t appointment by arrival but appointment by appointment time. meaning you cannot go any minutes late. it has to be on the dot. when i got there they rescheduled me even though i begged because i have a 8mm stone that is stuck in my ureter and my kidney is inflamed because of it and i dont want kidney damage. they did... read more
