This the only place I've ever worked in my extensive career that actually takes great pride in how they treat their employees, and somehow manages to take that same care with how they treat their customers. 10 out of 10! You can't get any better.

This is a small terminal and a lot of trucks are in and out of there. Greg is always nice and polite and gets you out fast with your paperwork. Thank you for that and the work.

This was the first time to use Dayton Freight so I was new to how the process worked. On Wednesday I received a call from Lori to let me know that my items had arrived. During the conversation I became aware that I would need something like a forklift to get the large item from the driveway to my house. By the time I had located something that I thought might work it was Thursday and too late to get in on that days truck, so we planned for Friday there was an issue where the truck with the back lift was not use and created a... read more
