This establishment is unprofessional. Long story short, my twin sister was diagnosed with Stg 4 lung cancer-(non smoker very healthy) My place of employment only offers FMLA for personal condition. I scheduled appt to see if I could get a prescription for sleep aid as I already had depressive condition prior, I was able to use this for FMLA.
