I ended switching drs because I couldn't ever get an appointment without having to wait 2 or 3 months and that was being sick with a double ear infection.
Dr. Hill is an amazing primary care physician. However, her clinic is always overbooked and understaffed, and wait times exceed 60 minutes past scheduled appointment time. She has been my doctor for many years but I will be finding a new primary care doctor because I feel that my time is not treated as valuable to this clinic
Supposed to open at 8, been sitting here 1 hour just for bloodwork and they still havent shown up. Very unprofessional
I do like this office, just wish it wasn't so hard getting an appointment scheduled while sick
Appts at 1:30 & its after 2 now & still sitting here.
Dr. Hill and staff are amazing. They are truly concerned about the well being of the patients.
