My daughter and I lived at Boltin Apartments from 2006-2013,while Cathy Brewer was the leasing manager:( SHE WASN'T RIGHT AT ALL! Like she would house DRUG ADDICTS who polluted the whole apartment with bedbugs and have us residents PAY 4 TREATMENT that did NOT work.So I went 2 the N.A.A.C.P. on her and they did NOTHING(LAMES) I had a beautiful young lady named Anna Castro come over 2 my apartment on 4/8/2013,looking 4 a BUM named Nacho.
