Quick to get in every body was nice made you feel very welcome. Doctor was not that friendly.
If only I could choose zero stars! Dr Julianne Flugel MD at the Huber Heights clinic dug in my babies ears with tweezers while he thrashed and screamed with ear pain for minutes, she left to get more tools to use and then dug some more. I brought him in for an ear infection , Dr Flugel said it is red, he has a fever of 101.4 and cries uncontrollably and yet she says “there’s nothing to treat”. I had a wonderful experience here. My son was helped as soon as possible. Short wait. He was actively getting sick and the check I'm lady was so patient. She waited until I could answer questions and didn't seem bothered at all. She gave us a bag when needed and tissues. Everyone seemed very compassionate. Our doctor was happy to explain and answer questions. Everyone was so caring and helped us get our as fast as possible!
