They always take excellent care of the kids
Very disappointed with my experience at Dayton Children’s Urgent Care in Huber Heights. I kind of understood the reason physicals could not be done, but the lack of emotion and compassion shown toward my child was honestly upsetting. The front desk staff was brief but okay, however the overall experience still felt very cold and dismissive. This was not a good experience at all, and I will do my very best not to return.
