I took my 10 month old to the emergency room due to having high fevers and I was concerned of dehydration as well. As a first time mom, we have 100 different questions and concerns and aren’t always treated with sensitivity. Everyone at this facility, starting at the front desk, was extremely careful and sensitive to my daughter and I. Took my one year old in for an arm Injury (ended up being nursemaids elbow). The doctor and nurses were very kind. They took care of us right away and explained everything with great detail. If anything happens we will definitely go back to this location.
not sure if the doctor is know what he is doing about lip laceration , The laceration was down into the muscular layer of the vermilion part of the lip but the doctor just said he can't suture the mucous layer of the lip and send us home to have the laceration heal on its own. SO now three month later our daughter's dentist told us that she need a plastic surgery to take out the scar on vermilion laceration. This is literally the worst urgent care in the Miami Valley for kids. They either need to hire more doctors or shut this place down. I had my appt for 8:15. They get you in only because you have an appt, get xrays, then was sat for 1hr 15min with no one checking on us. No doctor did we see until 9:45. She proceeded to tell me that she still has a smile on her face as she loves her job even at the end of the night. Maybe you should work harder and quicker and you would be more tired. I took my daughter to this location yesterday an I was VERY pleased with everything. Everyone from there was so nice an caring. They took her back right away an started doing everything they needed to do an had us up an out of there within an hour. Dr. Kelly K. Was one who treated her an was wonderful this will from now on be the only place we go. Thank you all for helping my girl an getting her on the best meds an getting her to feeling better.
