I have gone here for a really long time, my Dr retired so I was reassigned. Can’t even tell you how disappointed I am with the level of patient care, it’s non existent. Portal questions are being answered by random PA’s, waiting 6 weeks for an answer to a question, and the only reason they even answered was because I posted on the portal that I guess they don’t reply to the portal. The doctor was on time, polite and explained everything. Dr Durrani went over everything with me and took his time. I didn’t feel like I was rushed at all
