The wait to check in takes too long especially with standing line if there are others checking in. In addition, the lady at the window (older with white hair ) does not believe in confidentiality when discussing patients private information. Others in the lobby can hear what is said. This is not professional nor is good customer service.
Dr. Marati is one of the best physicians I have ever had for my care. He is very through, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain things. I am so happy he is my provider.
