if I could give no stars I would they do not take my insurance how is someone supposed to get mental health help if they can't get where they need to go
Office staff and Doctors are fine. My biggest issue is there's no after hours on-call nurse or doctor. There was a pharmacy issue with one of my meds, but it was after the clinic was closed on a Friday so I had to wait till Monday. Not life-threatening but still uncomfortable and really annoying.
I'm looking for a new Dr and therapist. According to these reviews I only see one pattern... According to the Caucasian people being seen, this place is great... It's only people of color that seems to have a problem here... Thanks but no thanks... The reviews are saddening 😔
Literally the worst psychiatrist office in the area. They will NEVER pick up the phone and expect you to only get in touch with them when they call you back. Their receptionists are rude and don’t even attempt to see Stuart Blevins as he doesn’t care about his patients. My appointments with him would last 2 minutes then he’d send me off with no changes to my medications. When they call me to schedule, they don’t even know who my prescriber is????? Pathetic truly. They have always treated my daughter with respect and kindness. Every provider we have worked with has been helpful. Dr. Dueno cares about patients’ wellness and tries to understand and get to the root of the problem.
