Do not go to this shop even if it’s your last resort. Do not waist your time or your money here at Dayton auto care. They hit my car and waisted 9 total days starting from morning of November 11th to evening of November 19th just for them to tell me they couldn’t do the work it needed. I took my car here on November 11th to be diagnosed and fixed because it was no start no crank. I told them I replaced the starter and tested the battery and connections. They’ve held my car for a week on a job that was suppose to take two hours. Still haven’t gotten my car back, got a higher quote for stuff they did without my knowledge. Untrustworthy. Update: my car was withheld from me, saying I had to pay 500 dollars bc they had it for a week, and nothing was done to it once I got it back. Yall are crooks!
This shop is the worst shop to take your vehicle too they take advantage of people taking there money they dont fix the problem and cause more worse problems they completely destroyed my vehicle the the manager doesn't do his job he dont reach out and finally if the owner calls ya he will cuss ya out treat you like shit just because you want to be treated fair and trust me if your seeing this and your thinking of trying this shop STAY AWAY FROM IT TRUST ME...
