We were on vacation and the breaks went out on our truck. They fixed our breaks so we could get back to Virginia safely! Very nice people. Thank you
Took my car in for a oil change and they tore my a sensor wire
Took a week to tell us our car couldn’t be fixed by them. Never would give us a straight answer, we had to get our car towed from them to the dealership. They offer to refund us the amount to cover our tow, but we never received it. We have called several times to be told they would call us back about the refund, but then never does. Extremely disappointed!
If I could give zero stars, rest assured I would. Changed rotors & pads, then 5 weeks later they're shot!!!?! Then, a time prior (few weeks), I had to wait over 4 hours on a 1 hour transmission job because their employee didn't show until hours later. Not my issue, they scheduled job. How can an owner not care about his customers? Not one dime in compensation. I'd take your vehicle repairs elsewhere! Shady. Pathetic & uncaring. This is how small business goes under- word of mouth- hope this one does.
Very sweet people. Called Tuesday to get a quote on new tires, an alignment and an oil change. And they had the best price in town by far for all 3 of those things. They let us drop the car off earlier than the scheduled appointment due to work. And had the car ready when we got off! Will definitely be back for future work on our cars!
