I don’t typically write reviews however, save yourself the trip when it comes to this doctor. (Mott). We waited over 6 plus weeks to get in for a second opinion for my child, on a diagnosis I wanted to confirm was the right one before starting any kind of treatment. I don't normally leave reviews, but after the 2 hour waste of my time yesterday I feel I need to. I was referred here, and provided MRI paperwork showing physical issues going on in my joints. Other records were sent over as well. My appointment was made last week. I arrived to it yesterday and checked in. After 1 hour and 45 minutes plus hearing and watching someone check in after me AND get called back, I asked if I had been forgotten. I am very disappointed in this office. I was referred from another specialist after 3 phone calls and 3 weeks I finally received a callback to tell me that they don't treat my disease. When ask other questions was told that they don't deal with that. Don't waste your time!

My dermatologist sent a referral due to how bad off i was, she seen me.for less than 5 seconds and noticed my suffering before why I was there , that's a true caring person ! But this place not at all! 6 weeks and nothing, left voicemail weeks ago still no return call. HEY PEGGY WHEN U ARE LEFT A MESSAGE U REALLY SHOULD RETURN CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER, 1 OR 2 DAYS YEAH 1 OR 2 WEEKS OR NEVER ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND U SHOULD NOT WORK A JOB U DONT CARE ABOUT. SUFFERING PEOPLE NEED PEOPLE WHO CARE.
