I don't normally leave reviews, but after the 2 hour waste of my time yesterday I feel I need to. I was referred here, and provided MRI paperwork showing physical issues going on in my joints. Other records were sent over as well. My appointment was made last week. I arrived to it yesterday and checked in. After 1 hour and 45 minutes plus hearing and watching someone check in after me AND get called back, I asked if I had been forgotten. I am very disappointed in this office. I was referred from another specialist after 3 phone calls and 3 weeks I finally received a callback to tell me that they don't treat my disease. When ask other questions was told that they don't deal with that. Don't waste your time!
My dermatologist sent a referral due to how bad off i was, she seen me.for less than 5 seconds and noticed my suffering before why I was there , that's a true caring person ! But this place not at all! 6 weeks and nothing, left voicemail weeks ago still no return call. HEY PEGGY WHEN U ARE LEFT A MESSAGE U REALLY SHOULD RETURN CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER, 1 OR 2 DAYS YEAH 1 OR 2 WEEKS OR NEVER ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND U SHOULD NOT WORK A JOB U DONT CARE ABOUT. SUFFERING PEOPLE NEED PEOPLE WHO CARE.
Been trying hard to get my medical records for the past 6 weeks! My doctor and I sent over 5 faxes for my labs. Only to hear nothing. They call, I call, no calls back or records. I am filing a complaint with the State Department. Seek healthcare elsewhere!
Was referred over three months ago, attempted to call after waiting a month and hearing nothing. Was (rudely) told they would pull my referral and call me back when they where able to schedule.. fast forward to today (October) and just received a call to schedule next year.. I’ve already gone elsewhere at this point. A year from referral to appointment is INSANE. And the attitude they have when you call is crazy.
