RENTING HERE WILL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! They don’t want to fix anything - they don’t enforce noise ordinances and they will charge you a lot of money in outrageous fees when your rent is late. Not very conscientious landlords in my opinion. They don’t have regular yearly maintenance to check if things are in proper working order so you will basically have to do/fix things yourself.
