They were very helpful.They let me know all about the car.I was interested in even though I didn't get back to them.I thought they were great
The vehicle was sold. The other vehicle that I was shown had a dead battery and the air conditioning didn't work. The response I got was well how many times would you use the air this year anyway.

This is sad reading these reviews because I've only bought car and trucks from Andy (Owner) and I'm EXTREMELY impressed with my truck. I've dealt with Andy over 10 years now and he's always treated me respectfully, great vehicles and the only reason I say vehicles is not because they broke down but because I just wanted to upgrade. You know the prices before you get there and the vehicles will say AS IS meaning that's the price. They were very helpful and patient to find me the car I wanted!
Dealer was quick in response and gave concise and transparent information. The car wasn't the one for me but we appreciated the professionalism and service level from this business.
Don't even bother. I was talked down to, like I was an idiot. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. No negotiation was entertained, even when I said I had cash.
Andy was VERY rude! He seemed angry the whole time, from the first hello until hanging up the phone on me! I asked simple questions and he responded like I just asked the most hurtful question in the world. Would encourage people to go elsewhere for a vehicle. One of his cars looked like a good deal so we asked him to hold it for us until we could come see it, he was VERY rude over the phone but agreed to hold it for us for a $250 non-refundable downpayment.
