Had a very poor experience here. We bought an as-is car that died within days. A series of malfunctions, and repairs that ended up costing a lot. That, coupled with false assurances and promises as to quality of car. Have had to get the BBB and Attorney General’s office involved for resolution and investigation. If purchasing here, have your own certified auto mechanic pre-inspect.
I found my dream car and I couldn't be more happy with the service they provide!! The process was quick and easy, two things I greatly appreciate when buying a car. Very nice staff!
We bought a car which we were reasonably satisfied with. Although, if you are dealing with these guys, you need to be very careful. Give the car a very careful inspection if you are going to pay anywhere near full price. We weren't impressed with Andy's comment when we asked him if he would be kind enough to send us the tabs when he receives them from the DMV. His answer was, "I'm swamped. Come and get them." Some customer service!
I wouldn't recommend them. I was sold a car and only had it for a few months and had problems with it and the insurance company bought it back. The manager there was very rude on the phone with me after I told him what had happened. I wouldn't go there again or recommend to anyone.
