The worst service I have ever experienced. The administrative staff at the Davenport, Florida office — except for Martin — are rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Fifteen days after my daughter’s appointment with Dr. Jenny Lee, we still had not received her medication. When I went in person for help, the staff blamed the insurance. Went to Davenport Florida office. Only received one billing statement and it came end of Dec 2025 for services provided from April 2025 thru Sept 2025. No mention of monies paid for radiation treatments for skin cancer that was required as prepay before treatments were started. Several follow up visits to check skin after radiation before discharged from care were billed separately. Follow up visits after surgery and radiation treatments should be part of the global charge required before treatments begin. Overbilling is out... read more
