I'm so upset what a waste of a day. I left without seeing the doctor and they also took my money and couldn't refund me. They rescheduled my appointment twice and then I waited AN HOUR for the doctor when I finally I left. They said it was because someone showed up late and I don't believe that. AN HOUR. Could of called me on the phone instead basically still my $70 copay and did nothing not even exam me well. Will not return to this dermatologist ever
I made an appointment through Zocdoc a few weeks ago for May 26th at 1:30 PM to see a the PA at this office for ongoing skin concerns. I submitted all the requested documents and I even received both a text and email reminder the day before confirming my appointment. After driving 35 minutes to the office, I was told upon arrival that there was no provider in the clinic.
