I have to say, the folks at Daystar Chrysler/Dodge Jeep/Ram made my purchase of a 2021 Grand Cherokee the easiest ever! It was absolutely effortless on my part. Eliana and Dan went through everything and even stopped me from buying a package I thought I wanted but in the end didn't. Whew! What great people! A big thank you to Dan Millat and his staff at Daystar for helping me find the perfect Jeep for my wife and having it delivered to our home as a birthday surprise. We have bought many vehicles from Dan and it’s always a smooth process. It feels more like he’s trying to do you a favor rather than make a sale! He truly cares about his customers and he always goes the extra mile. He even included a special birthday message which truly made my wife’s day.
Just got to say if you want a warm and fuzzy buying experience get with Randy Byron. He will pull you in with those big bear arms and hug you like you never been hugged before and all the heat from his manly person will warm your heart like the heat of a thousands suns. I had an excellent experience purchasing a used car here. I drove almost an hour away to see a Jeep they had listed. I arrived to find the car in just as described in the listing. Randy Byron approached us and was very knowledgeable and friendly.
