I ordered a Garaga garage door from my local retailer early August and was told the delay would be end of October. Then I was told end of November, then end of January. This company is disorganized! Don't believe any timeline they give you! I had to send my dealer a Legal Demand to get reimbursed! Garaga even called me to convince me to keep the business and they move up my door to end of December! I said no and they still tried to convince me! I got my money back and will go with Garex instead.
Excellent very quick unload my trailer
I bought a Garaga garage panel from a local supplier and it's been 4 times who have come to change the panels because of delamination and it's still delaminating and my local supplier doesn't answer me anymore. And that's not to mention that the panels were always damaged by transport when he arrived here to install them. And even once they came to install panels and it wasn't the same color.
I bought a garage door in December 2019 and a panel is laminated towards the outside. Unfortunately I have to pay to have the defect in this product changed. THANKS.
Very disappointed with the Garaga company, my garage door has a manufacturing defect. I had to pay twice the price of the installation to finally have a door (patanté) No compensation from Garaga. VERY DISAPPOINTED
