I want to like this place but I just can’t. So many scheduling problems, billing problems, and communication problems before, during, and after my Invisalign treatment. Yes, all the recent comments about the sudden and ill broadcasted news of Dr Cheng’s departure are true.
Reviewing again to show how disappointed and annoyed. Read my other comment under the name Ken Lin. I should just write a bot to review bomb this place. What a joke.
Not a good ortho practice. When I first had invisalign (different doctor, way before) it was a smooth process and I had perfect teeth for YEARS. This Dr didn't remove all the glue from the attachments and I still feel them. Throughout the entire treatment, the aligners were off and I had to keep getting new retainers. I think the scanning process just didn't work, or she didnt plan out my teeth movements properly. Honestly I blame Dr.Cheng because I don't think she cared about me as a patient at all. I can't give less than 1 star so unfortunately I have to give her 1 star. Dr. Amanda Cheng is the worse orthodontist that you will probably have if you choose to get your treatment with her. Please read all the 1 star reviews, they are 100% accurate. It is true that she has 0 bed side manner, she is rude, arrogant and entitled. She has 0 communication skills, she will not tell you anything about your treatment or any reason why she is making any decisions unless you question her and then she becomes defensive.
