Had a top notch experience purchasing a car today with Luke Muffley. Knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. They gave us a great deal, and were transparent about all details. Manager Jeff was also great to work with and made sure we were taken care of. Wonderful people, no pressure and go the extra mile. In and out in 2 hours or less. Highly recommend this dealership.
Very positive, very nice.
Out of town at a doctor appointment and discovered we had a flat tire. Tried to pump it up to get home. We saw we had no hope and limped into Days dealership for help. The head service manager, Mike too time to help us change the tire and fanangle the doughnut spare out of the trunk. It was not an easy feat in the Z3 in 92* heat on a hot pavement. What a champ. If they treat customers like they were willing to help us, it says a LOT about him working to help us on that hot pavement.
Great experience! I got a great deal on my car, too! One of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. I didn't feel pressured. I didn't feel like I was getting the "car salesman" lines that you often get at a dealership. Chris Whittle was very pleasant and my 4-year-old grandson took right up with him and the finance manager.
