For a two star hotel, this one has pretty much everything you need. From a laundry room to a thermostat on the wall, I was consistently surprised at the little extras for a two star property. I didn't stay for breakfast, but it's available. The service at the front desk was friendly and efficient both during check-in and checkout. My only major complaint is the horrible interstate noise, but that's something beyond their control (bring a good white noise generator. It helps a lot). Was told they could not accommodate my stay .that we lived in a 50 mile radius from hotel ..my money still hasn't been returned. I even bought the booking insurance..evidently was a waist of money.. they are putting it off on the third party that booked it (travago) ..travago didnt deny my stay . Sleep in did ..So you think they would step up and help ..I just want my refund... they blamed on me for not reading the fine print drop down info box ..that is so obscure.. like they intended for you not to read ... ..
September 6, stayed 1night after spending 4 days in the Vernal Utah hospital. (Altitude sickness) All good here. 4 stars because the morning desk couldn't help me get my stuff to my car. The night person took everything by trolley to my room from my car. I had oxygen tanks and a concentrator, and my large bag. I tipped another lady who was staying there and offered to help me. God Bless her. She even loaded everything into my car. Love the beds and pillows. I always try to find a Sleep Inn or Wyndham.
