I stayed in a mobility accessibility room. Pillows were soft, which I prefer and it was clean, and the bathroom was nice and large which was perfect for a wheelchair. However, it lost stars because the bed was hard as a rock, the mini fridge did not work and the room was small.

Unbelievable and unacceptable experience. I traveled 2 hours from home to spend time with family for my birthday and Heidi cancelled my reservation and said I’m not allowed to have a room here with no valid reason. I showed my drivers license, which very clearly states I live in MERIDIAN, 150 miles away, and got my reservation cancelled at 8pm. Hotel is clean it does need a few updates but over all clean... Breakfast is just a few choices.... probably be better to eat somewhere else..... Also if you live local you can not stay here for some reason..... Parking other then a car needs to go next door to The truck stop....Alot of onsite rules for checking in and out...
