The staff were really cool and helpful whenever I checked in and out. I stayed here to go see a show at the Rialto which was only 6 minutes away so nice proximity.
This may not be the Hilton but the rooms are clean and the staff are out of this world accommodating which makes up any visual short comings... Like small crack in paint etc
Stayed here for quite some time with my cats and dogs. It’s a great place. The staff was amazing especially the front desk staff.
