I paid a lot to have none of my phones or iPads be able to connect to the wifi bcuz the server kept redirecting and would not let me sign on. I had one chair in my suite and it had a huge hole in it! The pool was supposed to be heated and my sons got in and it was ice cold. Among so many other things I have not received a email back from manager. I think after paying over 155 for one night I should have at least had wifi that worked or a chair I didn't have to line with the towel for my sons to sit on. I was better off going... read more
