This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel! We got there at 2:53 and very rudely got told by Mark the manager at the front desk that we needed to wait until 3 even though no one else was there. We finally got checked in, got attitude about the pool and signing up. So now we walk to our room, there was garbage and sticky stuff everywhere! I didn’t even want my kids touching anything. the room was filthy and had bugs on top of extremely rude staff
RecommendedKimo at the front desk was super nice.. funny.. and helpful. I would stay again for him in a heartbeat. It was close to a lot of places..and our night views were amazing. This morning another front desk clerk mentioned a place he liked to eat and we went and it was fantastic. Great Staff and Service. would home back again no question!
Place is dilapidated, half the lights wouldn't work in the room, walls and floors were filthy and falling apart. Holes in the carpet. You can practically hear the people next door breathing.
RecommendedClean and quiet nice rooms
Do not stay here. The hotel was dirty, bandaids on the floor of the elevator and in the pool area. Only one elevator for 3 floors and you cannot use the stairs. When we checked out they refused to give us back our $100 deposit because they said we smoked in the room! We most definitely did not! Do not stay here, terrible place and people
