I was only staying in Youngstown for 12hrs and it was the worst experience. Room was musty, no free breakfast or a breakfast at that (which was advertised), I didn’t get the room I booked because someone checked out earlier and left it “nasty, smelted really bad”, TV didn’t work and I killed a cockroach. Also, no cabs and Ubers are done at 11p.

Pool isn’t open ordered room with jacuzzi tub got a standard king room was chartered a 50$ cash deposit after we arrived pool was closed no breakfast when it showed it included bathtub stopper didn’t work and all the furnishings look like they been beat horribly hallway had trash bags sitting in it at 3 when we got there and we’re still there when we checked out next day

When I arrived the room wasn't as clean as it should have been with hairs throughout the bathroom and jacuzzi tub then as I was about to go to sleep I happened to see a roach run across the foot of the bed and I requested my refund and left I provided the man at the desk with a video of the roach and he told me he has never had anyone say they seen a roach in that hotel..I would not recommend

I will not stay here again. Honestly I dont think this place is safe. Between literal fights during the night in hallways and slamming doors all night this is not a good place to be at. Marijuana smell in hallways and room, dirty floors, chairs you would not want to sit in. Blows my mind they can have a franchise. They emphatically say on check in no weapons in the building when in truth you need one to stay there.
