Rooms were good, but very lumpy pillows. Breakfast had limited options with day old bread,bagels,muffins and pastries. Staff only refilled depleted items when a customer brought it to their attention. They did not walk through to check for depleted items,spills or table cleanliness.
Better than next door IHG hotel.
For a hotel that houses workers they dont offer microwaves. They have a handful they bring out when someone calls. But if you are not the first 6 then there is not enough.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this hotel, in particular Bhawna, who is such a lovely, kind, and professional person. She really makes the customer feel valued, seen and heard. After experiencing some vehicle issues, we went to this hotel because it was close to the Canadian Tire where our vehicle was being serviced. Bhawna was so gracious and allowed us to check in right away, even though it was a little bit before the standard check in time.
