Room 128 has bed bugs. We stayed there a total of 5 nights and on our 5th night we found bed bugs and the hotel was emailed photos and videos and was told “they would be in contact to see what they could do” it’s been two weeks and crickets. No reimbursement. No explanation besides “never had complaints before” about bed bugs. Do not stay here.
The room was functionally fine, but there was a strong urine smell coming from the air conditioner. If it hadn't been almost midnight and being exhausted, I would not have been able to stand it. Believe I was in 113.
They were very nice and funny. The place is very clean. I enjoyed the room. It was wonderful stay there. The only complaint I had was a lot of bugs outside at night but other than that it's fine
