I was there because my traveling companion had became ill and was hospitalized so I was trying to navigate travel Insurance and figure out how to get her back to USA Minnesota. The staff was wonderful helping me print things helping me figure out bus systems taxis answering all of my questions. They certainly made a horrible frightening experience a little bit better.

Terrible Experience, Would Not Recommend! Our stay at Days Inn & Suites West Edmonton was absolutely terrible and completely ruined part of our vacation. During a rainstorm, water poured in through the top of our window and leaked all over our luggage, my daughter's belongings our bed, and the floor. The entire room was soaked. I immediately went to the front desk and asked to be moved to another room. The lady at the front desk refused. Room is spacious, they have good coffee and nice breakfast area. Unfortunately the bedsheets in the room are not changed as frequently, we found blood stains in our bed cover - they did change it immediately, the coffee machine in the room is also dirty , plus the toilet clogged. The swimming pool is nice, enough towels. Food is eggs and waffle, the hotdog is good. Clean rooms. Pool was great for the kids. The breakfast buffet was really good. Will definitely be staying here again.
