Simply Disappointing. Never again
The room was clean but the property is in need of a fair amount of maintenance. The Internet was down the entire time. The property is not staffed 24-7. We left at 4:40 am and couldn't rouse anyone, we called an hour later and nothing not even an answering machine, so much for checking out. I'm now wondering if we'll be charged for not checking out and lose our $100.00 hold fee.
Manager is a rude and ignorant. When I was trying to check in, she mentioned the $200 deposit. I was caught off guard by this as I had booked through Priceline and it did not mention it. She insisted that it’s posted on all websites. I reply that I got my room through a third-party website and she still insisted on. It was mentioned I can see it’s been an issue with this hotel as there are four different posted notices in the main lobby about this very deceptive.
