I booked 2 nights at this hotel and attempted to check in with NO luck . Waited for 45 minutes. Rang the Amazon ring, shouted hello. NOTHING the desk was dead. They took the money and now are refusing to refund me as they say “I can’t prove I didnt stay here” clearly if you check the cameras you could see I didn’t stay. Disputed with my bank and days inn is fighting it tooth and nail. Absolute worst hotel experience. 200$ deposit. Lady at the front desk seemed upset at the hour we checked in.

We got there to check-in and nobody was at the front desk. We waited 45 minutes and still nobody. We've tried every contact number possible and still haven't been able to get ahold of anybody spoke with somebody who already had a reservation and they said that they watched the front desk. Person leave at about 930 that night And nowhere in any of the information regarding this hotel says that there will be no front desk person to check you in or out.
