Loud fan in bathroom, toilet had to be held until it was done flushing. Curtains were falling apart and did not do its job blacking out the light and the screen was out in the gress. Over all, it is a run down property, paint chipping and parking lot in disrepair
i’ve been patronizing this hotel while on business sense it was built it was one of the best hotels in northern mb sense new ownership this hotel is falling apart and the standards are not the same both in the quality and service i’m very disappointed to see such a land mark go to ruin
Rooms are clean. Breakfast was good. Better than most. Thompson area is a bit sketchy. Not the hotels fault
Awful stay. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty (this is the second time it’s happened here). Room was dirty with a grimy bathroom and random hairs everywhere. At 10:30 a.m. while taking luggage out to car (checkout is 11), a cleaner questioned me about what room I “just checked out of,” and by 10:40 housekeeping was already trying to enter while my son and I were still inside.
