I was incredibly dissatisfied with our stay. The room was dirty, there was hardly any water pressure, we were in a 3rd floor room and our window had no screen or anything to keep it from opening all the way (MAJOR safety concern- especially with youn children), we found cockroaches in the bathroom, there were laundry facilities advertised on the website that were not actually available, fire exit doors were locked part of the trip, and we had to have our key cards reset multiple times throughout the 3 day stay. Great location for concert or event to ratmond james. No hot water in shower and sink water barely worked and seemed dirty. Rate should be more like $75 for this stay
