This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked this Days Inn and Suites by Wyndham through Expedia, and from the moment I opened the door, I knew it was a mistake. The room reeked of mildew and wet clothes, and there was a large puddle of water on the floor that had seeped into the bed frame area. I do NOT recommend this hotel! My stay was not congruent to first world sanitary standards. My toilet did not work in my room, & created multiple issues. I had to go downstairs in the middle of the night & use the employee bathroom! The employee bathroom was not sanitary either. There was no offer of comping my room, & the front desk person showed very little compassion in this situation. I was not even able to speak to management about this, although it was ongoing for 2 days!

Place is horrible manager says he has 25 years of business and never seen sheets and towels so bad I have kids so food and sheets go together and if you can't wash them properly which they can't they will say that is more than 100 dollars of damage even though they buy at whole sale prices and the my toddler 30 dollar life jacket went missing from our room in a 3 hour stretch we weren't there and supposedly no one has access but yet missing and then the toilets tucked at flushing this is the worst hotel out there would not r... read more
