Atl3ast room service does their job. The front desk, not so much.... dude was rude and not professional at all. Will not return to this motel even though I have work ten minutes from the motel for the next 3 months...
Was charged a ridiculous amount for there not to be a functioning pool or any kind of breakfast. Service was poor as well
Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Pool closed, no breakfast, no fart fan in bathroom.
Days Outt!!! The amenities listed on the hotel website are not accurate. There was no complimentary breakfast, the ice machine has not been operational for a very long time, and the pool was drained, and there was construction going on around it during our stay this last weekend in Talequah, Oklahoma. Got two rooms here , there was no pool and no breakfast in which both are listed on website . Guy working counter said to contact management Monday but couldn’t provide manager contact info . Called Monday and last worker said manager would be in at 12 called then and she said he’d be in at 3 called then and another worker answered saying manager is only in once a month and couldn’t provide contact info yet again . Said he didn’t know when he’d be in . Then hung up on me while I was still asking questions
