Avoid This Hotel – Unprofessional, Mismanaged, and Rude Staff Do not stay at this hotel. I made a reservation on October 16 for a stay on November 8, specifically for a room with three Queen beds. At 4:54 PM on the day of check-in, I received a call from the manager, Ruben, informing me that they no longer had our reservation. The best they could offer was a King bed and several rollaway beds. The room is actually quite nice! I'm staying in a "king suite." You have a living room with a sofa bed, a hallway, bathroom with one sink. The water pressure is ok, not great, but ok. There's also a bedroom with a closing door to block it off from the hallway and living room. There's 2 TV's and the bed is quite comfortable. Down the street are a few places to get food, as well as a shopping complex about two blocks away. Walmart and a Starbucks are only about 2 miles down the street as well so the location is not bad despite... read more
