The hotel looks good at first glance. There has been some remodeling. First night elevator quit. We asked to be moved to first floor because we were on fourth floor and stairs are too much for both of us. They were very good and helped with the move down the stairs. In our new room that night we heard water running and on checking it was coming down through vents in ceiling. Same day moved to a third room with help from the staff. All three rooms, the bathrooms tubs were painted, no hand rails and no tub mats. Asked on check... read more

The Days Inn in Summerside is a place to stay while you're in PEI, not a destination in itself. At over $500 for two nights in August, the price felt high for what is essentially an older motel with no real amenities. On the other hand, things like breakfast, parking, and Wi-Fi are all included, which you don't always get at more expensive hotels.
