I called them to book a room for two days ahead they said its a free cancellation if a decision was told before on Sunday. When I called them to inform the very same day when I booked the reservation girl said they will cancel for a fee. I told her that it should be recorded when u called them and they said it was free cancellation if informed earlier which I did. After that she is yea we will cancel for free. Poor ethics I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely staff. Understaffed for the occupancy, but the staff that were there were doing their best. Had one staff helping to park car at night. The room was good and clean. The bath tub was old and rusted and getting yellow. Breakfast was nice. Coffee available at front desk. Plus point hotel is located to walking distance to Summerside boardwalk.

Great location as its only a block from the boardwalk. They are dog friendly and have a good continental breakfast. Parking fills up but lots of parking on the street that is safe. Their is a Flo EV charger in the adjacent parking lot which was convenient.

The hotel has been renovated with new furniture, beds, and vinyl flooring. The bathroom updates were a surprise, with a new vanity and toilet. However, the bathtubs remain old and unappealing, detracting from the overall improvements. I see the reason for all bad google reviews. Guess housekeepers are putting lots of efforts to look that bathtub clean but nothing is going change with that assuming 50 years old tub.
