I cannot believe this despicable place!!!! We were booked in and subsequently had car trouble and couldn't even get to the Island. They had the audacity to charge me anyway!!! It's one thing if we just didn't show up but we had a legitimate reason for not showing up. I am so upset and disgusted, I will NEVER EVER EVER book here again!!! Furthermore, I will make it my purpose to bad mouth Days Inn every single chance I get.
I walked over to visit my grandchildren who was staying in the hotel but when I started to walk up the walkway I fell & hot my knee hard. I mentioned to the guy about it but he rang the bell & went to look up the window…when I got to 4th floor I mentioned it to my daughter which whom is a nurse & she was shocked off how swollen my knee was…after being up their for 20mins I looked out the window notice 3 young guys going onto the walkways heading into the side door off the restaurant when 1 of them almost did the splits on th... read more

The hotel looks good at first glance. There has been some remodeling. First night elevator quit. We asked to be moved to first floor because we were on fourth floor and stairs are too much for both of us. They were very good and helped with the move down the stairs. In our new room that night we heard water running and on checking it was coming down through vents in ceiling. Same day moved to a third room with help from the staff.
