The check in lady was great. Our room was as expected as far as cleanliness so that was 5 stars. However this hotel has finishings that are not quality and are damaged. Our toilet felt like it was going to break as you sat down, the paint finishing covering the old tub and surround is chipping off and is not a finish that can be properly sanitized, Our door had prior been kicked in and it was glued back together (makes you feel insecure), the fridge made terrible noises, the bed was very uncomfortable, i was wole up several ... read more
