We had some booking issues with Booking.com and the hotel manager was immensely helpful in getting it fixed. The rooms were great!
Lovely hotel and good location. It is somewhat outdated but is very clean. The staff are amazing ..My husband and I are in our 70's and things can get ya down. Gloria on 2nd shift was excellent. Little things but add up in overall picture. Close to restaurants which is great. We will be going back!!
I absolutely LOVED staying here. The people are wonderful. The rooms are clean. The location is prime. And the price was very reasonable, especially for someone like myself who needed somewhere for a month or more not knowing my check out date. I didn't have to worry about my room getting booked in the middle of my stay, they just worked with me. This is where I'm staying from here on out next time I find myself in Steven's Point. Thank you guys for being amazing!
