THIS PLACE HAS BED BUGS !!!! IT BIT ME IN MY FACE THE EMPLOYEE WAS NO HELP DID NOTHING ABOUT IT REFUSED TO CALL A MANAGER TO HANDLE THE SITUATION I HAD TO SIT IN THE CAR FOR 3 HOURS WAITING ON A MANAGER TO SHOW
Unless you want to wake up to a rat climbing on the dresser I don’t recommend staying here! I paid for 2 nights and was only given a partial refund! Very rude customer service!
Roaches, black mold, dirty linens. When 18 year old boys will sleep in a truck in the parking lot instead of sleeping in their room, you know it’s terrible. We were denied a refund as well.
Terribly dirty, no service at all. Pests in the bed. This property has not been updated in a while or cared for. Booked through Hotels.com; should have paid more attention to the ratings and review? Starkville was great though. Enjoyed the downtown. This property is more like what I stayed in when I was a teen at PCB.
