The girl at the front office charged my card again when she was supposed to be giving a refund. The girl at the front desk has no clue what she is doing. Now I am left with $20 for the week because the little girl didn't know what she was doing. More training is needed to know the difference between a refund and a charge. Maybe some more schooling would help her learn the definition of refund and charge. You’re better off sleeping on a street corner than this flea bag hotel. Rooms are filthy with hardly any lighting. My do not disturb sign kept getting taken off the door everyday while I was out. The ice machine looks like it hasn’t worked in a decade even though they directed me to where it was. Each evening when I returned to my room, my key didn’t work & I would have to have the rude staff member reprogram it while I picked up yet another do not disturb sign. The rings were nice but it wasn't all that clean. The people were nice and helpful and the location good but the staff needs more training on the cleaning of floors and bathrooms
Beware of this place!!!!!!! I would not recommend this Days Inn in Starkville, Mississippi. From the moment we checked in, the room was disappointing. There were cracks around the door big enough for rats to crawl through, making us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The room smelled terrible, and the bed was as hard as a rock. Cleanliness was a major issue. There were dirty towels lying around when we arrived, and we found roaches in the room.
