Room was clean the staff was friendly enough. The Wi-Fi wasn’t the best it would kinda come and go. The mattress in my last room had seen better days but I never had this problem in other rooms previously. It would have been nice to know beforehand that the pool didn’t open until 3pm but not that big of a deal pool hours are 3pm-11pm. Breakfast was better than a lot of places I’ve stayed within the price range. They had oatmeal , cereal,microwave sausage and biscuits ,fruit ,toast,waffles, coffee and apple and orange juice

This is a much older place with issues. Initially, I thought this was a hotel and not a motel, but I guess that's my mistake for not asking more questions. The furniture is separating and falling apart due to water damage. The room was relatively clean except for the few roaches...I didn't even bother with the pool. I waited 2 hours to get help getting on their wifi. The TV isn't clear and all channels were fuzzy. Only good thing was the air conditioning was super cold. The girl at the front office charged my card again when she was supposed to be giving a refund. The girl at the front desk has no clue what she is doing. Now I am left with $20 for the week because the little girl didn't know what she was doing. More training is needed to know the difference between a refund and a charge. Maybe some more schooling would help her learn the definition of refund and charge. She charged my card til she couldn't get it to go through anymore. $25 was her last charge and it denied the next $25 char... read more
