We couldn't shower or bathe because the shower lever was broken and no way to plug the bath. The water wasn't above Luke warm. There was mouse poop in the dresser. The TV volume kept slowly fading out. The beds were super hard like sleeping on just wood. And I still haven't gotten my deposit back!

Everything was good except trying to explain it was supposed to have a certain room rate and customer service member kept like I didn't know what I was talking about. So know I've (ME) got to contact higher management to get it fixed… That's just about the worst except toilet clogging up..
The property is in a great location. They have friendly staff. While I was in town visiting the MSU I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff made me feel like I was home and the room was clean. I enjoyed the breakfast options and would recommend this property to others.
All the bad reviews are true. Save your time and $. Roaches will crawl on you, in bed, as soon as you cut the lights off. Rooms are horribly dated and in disrepair. Just don't.
