The location was booked thru Expedia, easy to find but the parking lot was completely empty. There was one car that was blocking the parking entry. It was 10:30pm, I drove around the back and from the outside main lobby looked like they were in a war. I was scared to stop the car and check the front door. From the safe point of view, I would never enter a building if there are no cars in the parking lot. The room was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was never cleaned. Some guy shaved and the hair was never cleaned. The floor in the bathroom was gross and disgusting. The tooth brush and HAIR trimmers were left behind never thrown out. And the service was terrible! It took over 30 minutes to check in. I will NEVER stay here again.

Booked a nonrefundable room, showed up and was informed that the entire building had no hot water. Surely this is an exception to the "nonrefundable" policy? Especially since I never actually checked in? Had to spend almost twice as much money to get a last minute room somewhere else, and these people have the gall to keep my money. Because I didn't want to take a cold shower. In Ohio. In FEBRUARY.

My husband and I are traveling due to military orders from Missouri to Washington DC and we stopped here for the night as a halfway mark. We saw the pictures online through Expedia and thought it would be okay for the night. We were 110% wrong!! First off, nobody was working the front desk and we were instructed to call a number in order to check in and the phone number never connected us to anyone. First lets start with the bugs, there are bugs everywhere. Second was the fact that no one was working the desk. I had to call some NY number twice and wait for over a half hour to check into the room. The room itself deosn't seem to be bad but there is no contential breakfast nor anything else. The room does have a microwave and a mini fridge and is cleaner than the lobby. Over all I would run not walk from this place if I were you.
