THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND THE KEY CARD DIDN'T WORK AND WE GOT DIRTY TOWLS
It's 3am and I have to write this. First, when you walk in the lobby is fine and there is a friendly reception. Once the elevator door opens then you just realized the mistake; maybe the people giving 5 starts are either smokers or have no sense of smell.
