Well- after being released from the hospital at 3 am from a wreck, showing up on a weeknight and having to pay $111 for a room to leave at 12. Our room had no tv, not a tv. Anywhere. Not even in the room. Tried to call the front desk, our room phone didn’t work. Figured I would just speak with them at the front desk in the morning- declined giving me any type of reimbursement at all- the woman at the front desk in the morning though was very sweet, it was her management that declined. The young lady at the front desk was super polite and helpful. We walked into our room , and it smelled musky. The floors were dirty, the chair was stained, as well as the blankets on the beds. The mirrors were also dirty. The bed was comfortable. The area itself seemed a little sketchy.

So I read the reviews and was skeptical about staying here but it was just for a short trip so i figured I would take the gamble. I got a king suite and before I even walked through the door, all I could smell was cigarette smoke. I thought maybe someone was actively smoking and it would go away but it did not. For my entire 3 night stay it smelled like I was in the room with a family of smokers. There were a lot of bad reviews about cleanliness.
