I stayed at this Hotel from January 30-Feb1 2026, our room had no heat in it, our shower head was spraying all over the bathroom. I thought as the night went on we would warm up in our room, we froze in our room. I went down to front desk the following day and asked if someone can check our heat and maybe try to fix our shower head. We got back later in the evening, we were gone all day for hockey. Rooms and other areas are a little dated. Coffee at breakfast is horrible. Staff are courteous and friendly. Good central location.
