Stay away!!! Motel was not clean, floors in the room were sticky, staff smoking in hallways and doorways, door to the room had been kicked in and frame was broken. Bathroom was gross. Bed was pretty good, towels were white. Would not recommend and will NOT be back!!
Room was dirty. There was gift wrap ribbon my toddler found in the floor somewhere he could have strangled himself with. There was a smell of overall dirtiness and stale cigarette smoke. Smelled as though the place had never been cleaned. Sheets were gross. Stains all over. The worst part though was fleas!!! I woke up with bites all over my feet and ankles. Beautiful place to rest
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. During my stay, I was bitten by what appeared to be fleas or bed bugs, which caused significant discomfort. I had to switch rooms more than twice because of the horrible conditions, but the problems continued. When I reported the situation to the front desk, the staff was rude and dismissive instead of helping me. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one carrying the Wyndham name.
